Application Procedure and Fees  

1.  Easy steps to apply: email following information to visa@visatochina.com.au

 1) Fill out one application form online per group of people then press "Submit" (completed form will send to you and us automatically) *For Chinese name detail, do not blank the column, if it is not applicable for you, then input "n/a", otherwise it could not submit.

 2）Colour scan all applicants' passport photo page with connective page in one scan (please move the connective page note label/sticker if any)  -  in JPG/JPEG format, file size not less than 500kb, passport must valid more than six months from the date of application. (Further document request may apply by visa officer.) *Child under 16 years old, need supply birth certificate.

 3) Recent colour digital photo per applicant - in JPEG/JPG format, Picture file size not less than 500kb. Can use smart phone/camera to take the picture from head to chest with plain white background, wear the clothing must cover shoulder, must full face, front view, look straight forward (not up/down), straight body/shoulder, show both ears, not any any accessories (including glasses)..  * photo attachment file must with applicant's name for identify.

 4) Itinerary -  your flight/cruise/train/bus/tour/accmodation  detail

 5)  For online payment : paypal / credit card payment

        choose single or double entry (do not forget to press "update" under "quantity" when you make payment.)           

• After we receive your application form, passport copies, photos,itinerary and payment receipt, we will inform you the visa estimate despatch date by return email.
  

2. Processing time:    

Apply 6 weeks in advance, the visa will be issued 15 days before your China entry date, and will be posted to your address within 8 days after issued by express post. *Additional courier fee may apply if out of Austpost network area.

3. Schedule of fees:

Fees (For Australian & New Zealand Passport Holders only) 

The fees including: visa and service fee (free Australia wide delivery* within Austpost network only)

Single Entry   AUD$100    per person

USA passport holder Single Entry AUD$180  per person

visa valid for 15 days from issue date (you need to entry China within 15 days from issue date) and  permit to stay 30 days from issue date.
