Submission Time

Please submit your application about 6 weeks before departure but do not apply 2 months earlier.

Non-changeable

The application cannot be changed or withdrawn after submitted, and it is non-refundable.

Approval of Visa

Our company only provide the agency service for Chinese Group Visa application. The officer of the Chinese visa section has the rights to decide on your application based on the right of Chinese relevant laws and regulations. If your application is not approved, we will only refund our charges, and if you lost / damaged your visa, in any circumstances, our company will not respond for any other economic loss such as your booked airfares, hotel accommodation etc.

Policy on 72-hour visa-free transit through Beijing, Shanghai or Guangzhou

The Chinese government has launched the 72-hour visa-free transit policy for citizens of 45 countries (including Australia) transiting through Beijing International Airport, Shanghai Pudong airport or Shanghai Hongqiao airport, Guangzhou airport.
